OUR PHILOSOPHY

HEALTHY, NATURAL, DELICIOUS

We are bringing to Seattle a truly authentic Italian Artisan Gelato Experience. Production is entirely overseen by Enzo D'Ambrosio, a University Certified Master Gelatiere which trained in one of the best Gelateria of central Italy.

1) We use traditional recipes, the very same used in the best Italian Gelateria

2) We use Organic Dairy products, Organic Fruit, Spring mineral water for our Sorbetto Fruit flavors, and we strive to utilize the best possible natural ingredients all year round

3) Our Gelato is Hand Made from scratch in our shop every morning. If you come by late in the afternoon and we are out of some flavors, it is because we sold out. Come back earlier the next day!

4) We serve Gelato the Italian way, with a spatula instead of scoops. It is very simple, you can have a Small (2 flavors), Medium (3 flavors) or Large (4 flavors) cup or cone (No upcharge for Cones)

5) We want to serve a healthy and delicious product that can be consumed throughout the day, whenever you feel like it. In Italy it is very popular to eat Gelato for lunch because of its high nutritional value and low fat content

6) Our promise to you is that our Gelato is made fresh every day. To guarantee that, we offer an incredibly discounted price on our to-go Pints and Quarts during the last hour we are open every day. You will never buy old Gelato in our shop!

7) We use Biodegradable Gelato cups and spoons made of a corn Bioplastic. After 47 days in a compost facility all is left is water and CO2! We also try to be Earth-friendly in everything else we do, from the light bulbs we use to the take-away containers we provide you with, up to the compostable trash bags we use in our shop
